DATAFIX Header/Lines In 'Booked' or 'Awaiting_Shipping' Status. Header and Line Workflows Missing (Doc ID 1470700.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Have found 4 orders where the Header remain in BOOKED status, the lines are in BOOKED and/or AWAITING_SHIPPING. Need a datafix to regenerate the workflow lines for the Awaiting_Shipping lines and a script to progress the Booked order lines.

Example:
Order Number = xxxxxxx
Header = BOOKED
Header WF = NULL
Warning List:
Order_Line status BOOKED but "Book" activity has not been completed.

Lines = BOOKED (Total of 2 lines, with WORKFLOW but cannot progress line)
xxxxxx2 Enter - Line Wait for Booking Notified ENTER BOOK_WAIT_FOR_H 
xxxxxx3 Enter - Line Wait for Booking Notified ENTER BOOK_WAIT_FOR_H 

Lines = AWAITING_SHIPPING (Total of 28 lines with NO WORKFLOW associated with the line)

OBSERVATION
Suggested to cancel the lines and create a new order, however, this is not a feasible solution for the customer.  These order must all remain on the same order, therefore their only option is a datafix.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the workflow to be present for the Awaiting_Shipping order lines.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Sales Order > Query Order xxxxxx8
3. Header Booked = Warning > Order_Line status BOOKED but "Book" activity has not been completed.
4. Lines BOOKED = Two lines but cannot progress
5. Lines AWAITING_SHIPPING = XX Lines, but no workflow lines exists.
