Customer With Multiple Sites Does Not Show Any Data On Account Summary Page (Doc ID 1470789.1)

Symptoms

Searching for a customer will multiple sites, select the Account Summary where address is All Locations does not show any data on the customer summary page, but selecting a specific bill-to location then data is displayed on the summary page.
