Buyers Name Not Visible In Buyers Work Center LOVs When Buyer Is Contingent Worker (Doc ID 1471055.1)

 In Buyer Work Center you find that several buyer LOV's only shows buyers of the type 'Employee'.
So contingent workers who are also defined as a buyer are not shown in these LOV's, and therefore cannot be chosen.

This occurs on the following OAF-forms:
1. (Re) Assign unassigned requisitions -> BWC/Tab Requisitions/view: un-assigned requisitions/ select requisition and reassign/ open buyers LOV
2. Create/update purchase order -> BWC/Tab Orders/create or update/open buyers LOV
3. Create/update blanket / agreement -> BWC/Tab agreement/create or update/open buyers LOV
