Symptoms

Using Order Management - Sales order of external source are seen in item/Supply demand form.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite > Order Management > choose the Sales order
2. Enter item - change to external - book
3. Find the scheduling is taking place and item supply demand form shows the sales orders.
