R 12 - Install Base Metadata Table Does Not Display Correctly in The Contact Center. (Doc ID 1471326.1)

In Contact Center, Install Base sub tab, when instances are queried, you are not able to see columns (System Number and System Type) from another view as set up in the Metadata Table.  In addition, the columns cannot be sorted as in 11i.

Expected Behavior

In Contact Center, Install Base sub tab, when querying for instances, you would expect to see the columns that were set up in the Metadata Table.  Sort options should be honored.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation:: Contact Center >> Enter Account Number >> Install Base Tab >> Find Instances

2. Enter Instance Number >> Click on 'Find'

3. The table comes up, but not all columns display and not all columns are sortable


 In R12 the Installed Base Tab is no longer using the Metadata Table.
