ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If a material debrief is entered on the PPC and then undone before synchronizing, the on-hand quantity on the PPC is not restored
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the undo activity to restore the On Hand Qty
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a material debrief on the PPC
2. Undo the debrief
3. Material qty is not restored to what it was prior to debrief
