Symptoms
Concurrent program 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' does not create Approved Supplier List (ASL) for Outside Processing (OSP) items on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
Steps to Reproduce:
Create BPA for OSP items and approve
Run 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' for the above BPA
No Approved Supplier List is created for the OSP items however Sourcing Rule is created
