Page Cannot Be Displayed When Searching By Customer Name Or Number (Doc ID 1472563.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to query a customer name or number in Customer Search, with or without Search by Customer Name/number box checked, the performance is slow.

The following error occurs after some time:

Page Cannot be Displayed

or

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, email@yahoo.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

The search by Invoice Number returns without error.
