Cannot Find Primary Approver In Department Approvers LOV (Doc ID 1472685.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Work Execution

System is not finding primary approver in the Department Approvers form.
The primary approver for 'FAC' shows as 'SJLEMOINE'.  User wants to change this primary approver to 'KNBRADFORD' but this person cannot be found in the LOV.

Be able to find 'KNBRADFORD' to be selected as primary approver

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Go to Department Approvers form
3. Try to change primary approver but cannot find the person in the LOV
