Contact Center > Install Base tab:
After upgrading from Release 11.5.10 to Release 12, the view of the tab has changed completely.

The tab shows a different format, therefore if columns were changed in the Datasource linked to the grid (reference to views, formatting...), those changes seem to be lost.
