On : 12.1.3 version, Person / Assignment Issues
When attempting to change the original date of hire/Date First Hired field the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee has been terminated and rehired on 02-oct-2007
2. Date First Hired on benefits tab on assignment screen was showing old Date First Hired (01-jun-1992).
3. We are trying to update the Date First Hired to 02-oct-2007 and getting error
APP-PER-52474: You must enter an original date of hire which is the same or earlier than the start date.
