Symptoms

When attempting to query requester who is Contingent Workder  on PO distribution form, the following error occurs.

Error:
FRM-40212:Invalid value for field DELIVER_TO_PERSON.

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO , click shipment->distributions, on PO Distribution Form, attempt to select another Requester who is Contingent Workder.
2. System showed error message.
