URL In Email Notification Sent To Supplier Users Has Internal Server Name Instead of External Server (Doc ID 1473707.1)

Goal

The URL in email notification sent to supplier users has Internal server name. It is expected the supplier user in Oracle Sourcing gets email that show external DMZ server.
Due to this issue, users cannot access the negotiation; when supplier users click on link since they are restricted from internal URL it does not redirect them anywhere.

How to ensure the DMZ server URL shows up in those notifications?


Steps To Reproduce
1. Sourcing auction is published.
2. Supplier gets notification.
3. The notification contains link that has internal server names and not the intended external supplier URL (DMZ).
