Symptoms

Attempting to run the Postbatch (ARCABP) concurrent request and receive the followinge error:

Problem Description: Updating batch_applied_status to POSTBATCH_WAITING.
AR-arcubr1: The batch_applied_status of batch 266052 is not IN_PROCESS
AR-arcgcr: ORA-01403: no data found                                        
AR-arcgcr: Error exit.
