Symptoms

Receipt 'Search And Apply' Showing Inaccurate Records For Application.

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipts > Enter Receipt information including customer number
Select Search and Apply
Check Open Receipts
Press Preview button

The next screen shows up with all open receipts and invoices. It shows up Receipt 3 or 4 times wtih positive and negative amounts

Upgrade to R12
