R12:2: In Inquiry > Account form , Ledger/Ledger Set LOV returns "No records to retrieve".

On : 12.2 version,

When attempting to Inquiry > Account form , under Ledger/Ledger Set clicking on LOV says "No records to retrieve".
the following error occurs.

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Navigation Path is GL super user > Inquiry > Account .Click on Ledger/Ledger Set LOV says "No records to retrieve".
