GB Pensions Auto Enrolment Opt-In Not Working (Doc ID 1474316.1)

Symptoms


After defining the 'Auto Enrolment' with both "Workers Postponement Rule" and "Eligible Job Holder Postponement Rule" set to "Max. Deferment Period Start Date" and Pensions Staging Date of 01-Apr-2012. Find that the "GB Pensions Automatic Enrollment Process" for Period "2 20XX Calendar Month" but the process failed to generate the actual Pension Element Entries for this Period.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Logon with Resp: UK HRMS Manager
Date track to with payroll period (eg.20-Apr-20XX)
Nav: Processes and Reports>Submit Processes and Reports>Single Request
Request Name = GB Pensions Automatic Enrollment Process
Parameters:
Payroll Name = <select payroll> (eg. Monthly Temps)
Payroll Period = <accept default> (eg. 1 20XX Calendar Month (30-APR-20XX))
Mode = Validate and Commit
Submit process

2. Run Payroll Run UK for above payroll / period combination

3. Nav:Fastpath>Entries
Date Track to 25-May-20XX
Select an employee with PRP earning less than £5564pa (ie. a Worker) and set their "Pensions Information" Opt-In date to 15-May-20XX.  Save the change as an Update.
Select an employee with PRP earning between £5564pa and £8104pa (ie. a Non Eligible Jobholder) and set their "Pensions Information" Opt-In date to 15-May-20XX.  Save the change as an Update.

4. Nav: Processes and Reports>Submit Processes and Reports>Single Request
<Copy> and select original run of GB Pensions Automatic Enrollment Process
Amend Paramters:
Payroll Name = <select payroll> (eg. Monthly Temps)
Payroll Period = <input next payroll period (did not use drop down list)> (eg. 2 20XX Calendar Month (31-MAY-20XX))
Mode = Validate and Commit
Submit process

5. Nav:Fastpath>Entries
Date Track to 31-May-20XX
Query back above employees.  Neither employee has the Pension Deduction element entries created by the GB Pensions Automatic Enrollment Process
