ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Discrete Job Start Dates are showing in Past when Jobs are generated through Min-Max Planning

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Discrete Job Start Dates should not show past dates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We are running Min-Max Planning for Make Items.
2. When Discrete Jobs are generated, with creation date as 08-FEB-2012 08:00:00, the jobs are generated with Completion Date as 08-FEB-2012 08:00:00 and the Start Dates are populated in past based on Routing, say 08-FEB-2012 06:00:00
