No Timecard Data In OTL Timekeeper

Timecards are entered through Self Service.
After completing setup for OTL Timekeeper, no data is visible for the user within the timekeeper group.

Timekeeper to display timecards entered through Self Service.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using OTL Super Timekeeper responsibility
2. Create Timekeeper group
3. Select person in Timekeeper entry screen
4. No data is visible, except the employee data.
5. The missing data is Project, Task, Expenditure type and the hours.
In the self service screen, all these fields are visible.
