Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 

When the Program - Revalue Balances is run, it completes but the following warning is encountered:

Warning

No journals are created because of the following error message:

CRVL0045: No unrealized gain or loss accounts were generated.
CRVL0048: No revaluation journal entries were created.
