Symptoms
Attempting to select Payment Method in the Payment processing button in Bank Transfer and the List of Values (LOV) is NULL.
Responsibility: Advanced Collections
Navigation: Collections Agent > Transaction Tab >Payment processing button In Bank Transfer (T)
Payment Method' LOV is empty
Unable to process payments through Advanced Collections.
