Symptoms
Revenue Recognition was performed, but upon checking there are credit memos appear as if Revenue Recognition was not yet performed.
The REV/UNEARN pair that was generated was not being processed.
The value in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL.EVENT_ID for the REV/UNEARN pair that is not processing:
- Does NOT exist in XLA_EVENTS
- Exists in XLA_AE_HEADERS and XLA_AE_LINES and XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS
