Error FRM-40735 with When-validate-item Trigger When Entering a Serial Number on the Service Request Header If the Account Is Alphanumeric (Doc ID 1474735.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to create a Service Request using an Account value that is alphanumeric, after enter the serial number in the SR header,
the following error occurs.

Error

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502


Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Create Service Request form
2. Enter a serial number in the SR header
3. The customer information is populated but the reported error occurs.

The same issue can happen in the Contact Center Service Request tab.
