Symptoms

When attempting to do an transactions (MISC Receipt, OM shipment, WIP Component Issue etc) for a configuration that has components does not exist in the transact inventory organization or component item has a different item attribute control then the parent, following error errors

Error Code: CSI_API_INVALID_ITEM
Error Message: The Inventory Item (&INVENTORY_ITEM_ID) doesn't exist in the Inventory Organization (&INVENTORY_ORGANIZATION_ID) provided.



Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a configuration with component that does not assign to org A or component that has a different attribute control (serial, lot, revision) than its top item.
2. Do inventory transaction for configuration top item to(from) inv org A
3. Error found in Installed Base Error Processing form
