Voluntary Deduction Deducted From Earnings Which Have Tax Only Deduction Allowed (Doc ID 1475043.1)

Symptoms

A Voluntary Deduction is deducted from Earnings which have Tax Only deduction allowed. These earnings work fine if they are manually added to element entries, but fail when they are created via indirect results from an information element.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Supplemental Earnings element with Deduction Processing set to Tax Only
2. Create an information element that feeds indirect results to the Supplemental Earnings element from step 1.
3. Enter values for the Information element
4. Run Payroll process and find that the voluntary deduction has been incorrectly taken from the Supplemental Earnings
