Symptoms
When an approver rejects an appraisal, the main appraiser is notified with the correct message, but the notification to the employee
has the following workflow error:.
Workflow Errors: HRSSA, 54575
Failed Activity: Notify Rejected Employee V4.0
Activity Type: Notice
Error Name: WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER
Error Message: 3120: Activity 'HRSSA/242213' has no performer.
