Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 , Charges UI, APIs, and schema

When attempting to submit charges from the Service Request form, the following error occurs.

Submit Order failed: CS_Charge_Create_Order_PVT.Submit_Order - ORA-06508: PL/SQL could not find program unit being called


Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create new Charge Line in SR

2. Click (B)Submit

3. The error occurs.
