Accrual Reconciliation Load Run Program Cannot Migrate Write Off Transactions from 11i to R12 (Doc ID 1475396.1)

Symptoms

After migration from Release 11.5.10 (11i) to Release 12 (R12) the following symptoms can occur:

1. Accrual transactions that have been written off in 11i are not migrated as written off transactions in R12.

2. After migration data exists in po_accrual_write_offs_all but not in cst_write_offs table.

3. Any of the below errors can be seen in Accrual Reconciliation Load Run program log of the migrated instance:

A. Upgrading without Receiving data:

EXCEPTION OTHERS in Upgrade_old_data :10 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (BOM.CST_WRITE_OFFS_U1) violated
---------------

B. Upgrading without Accounts Payable (AP) Invoice data 11.0:

EXCEPTION OTHERS in Upgrade_old_data :55 - ORA-1: unique constraint (BOM.CST_WRITE_OFFS_U1) violated
---------------

C. Upgrading without miscellenaous AP Invoices 11i:

EXCEPTION OTHERS in Upgrade_old_data :40 - ORA-00001: unique constraint BOM.CST_WRITE_OFFS_U1) violated

Changes

 Migrate from 11i to R12.
