Service Request Task Assignee Filter Based On Profile Does Not Work Correctly (Doc ID 1475455.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3:

The Profile: 'Service: Filter Task Assignee LOV by the Task Owner Group' does not filter the Assignee LOV by the Owner Group when the assignee field has already a value in it .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set profile option 'Service: Filter Task Assignee LOV by the Task Owner Group'
3. Create a Service Request
3. In tasks tab:
a. Select task owner type as group resource
b. Select Group name
c. Select task assignee type as employee resource
d. Click on assignee LOV to display values.
e. Select a value
f. Click again on assignee LOV to display values. All values are displayed instead of being filtered by profile option setup.
