FADEPR - Depreciation Run

Assets with Mid-Month Prorate Convention take negative depreciation. Assets with Half-Year Prorate Conventions fully depreciate.

This is the first depreciation run for these assets. Other prorate conventions depreciate normally. The depreciation calendar is defined correctly.
