When using EAM Maintenance Super User and attempting to enter Quality Results via the Quality Plan tab on the work order, you encounter
the error message 'No data found for Region (/oracle/apps/qa/regions/QAPLOP2164_V74).'. The error message's region number will be different
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User: Asset Management: work Orders
2. Query Work Order
3. Enter Quality Results
