Steps to Reproduce

(R) Customer Support Speciliast (or Service Desk, or equivalent custom resposibility)
(N) Agent Dashboard
 - Open existing Service Request
 - Select Copy SR from Actions LOV
 - Click the 'Go' button.
 - When the SR HTML page is displayed, try to change the Contact Name in the Contact Region

   a) After trying to change the Employee Contact Name (%XXXX%) and tabbing out, the application throws the error.
   b) When selecting the name from the LOV, the chosen value does not populate in the field.

Expected Functionality

Would expect to be able to change the Contact Name on a SR Copy function.
