Agent Dashboard Contact Name Does Not Populate From LOV Or Throws JBO-25058 Error

Symptoms
When using the Service Request Copy function and trying to change the Contact Name, the name selected from the LOV does not populate in the field.
Additionally the HTML page will throw a page error if you tab out of the Name field in the Contact Information region without clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

Steps to Reproduce
(R) Customer Support Speciliast (or Service Desk, or equivalent custom resposibility)
(N) Agent Dashboard
- Open existing Service Request
- Select Copy SR from Actions LOV
- Click the 'Go' button.
- When the SR HTML page is displayed, try to change the Contact Name in the Contact Region
a) After trying to change the Employee Contact Name (%XXXX%) and tabbing out, the application throws the error.
b) When selecting the name from the LOV, the chosen value does not populate in the field.
Expected Functionality
Would expect to be able to change the Contact Name on a SR Copy function.
