Unable to Cancel RMA Line When Rejected and Fully Returned to Customer (Doc ID 1476090.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Fulfillment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 When RMA receipt routing is set to 'Inspection Required', if goods are fully rejected and returned to customer, the line is not getting cancelled.

 When RMA receipt routing set to 'Standard Receipt', if goods are fully returned to customer, then the line is not getting stopped at 'Awaiting Return Disposition'. Instead it is getting progressed for closing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When RMA receipt routing set to 'Inspection Required' or 'Standard Receipt', if goods are fully rejected and returned to customer, the line could be cancelled.

STEPS

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Perform RMA Receipt
2. Perform RMA Return (Returns form)
3. Attempt RMA Receipt again,got APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot progress the fully returned RMA
