Maintainable Asset Addresses not Listed in Contact Center Form (Doc ID 1476120.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Contact Center Form

Actual Behavior

Customer is seeing asset addresses that are not maintainable in the Contact Center Form Customer LOV since upgrading to R12.1.2 from 11.5.10.2


Expected Behavior

That the non maintained addresses should not be shown

Steps to Reproduce

1. Contact Center
2. Customer / Caller info
3. Add the non maintained address into the LOV (List of Values)

Changes

 Recently upgraded from 11.5.10.2
