When trying to create a new person record, the following error occurs.
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
Steps to Reproduce
a. Customer Support Specialist Responsibility
b. Select Agent Dashboard
c. Click Use New Service Information radio button. Leave the Create value as Person, Click the GO button
d. Enter first name and Last Name values, click the Apply Button
e. Click the Create New Person
f. Error page is returned.
