Folders that were created in REL 11i, are not able to open after the REL12.1.3 upgrade.

The following error is displayed:

ERROR

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID.
then

FRM-40105:Unable to resolve reference to item INVOICES_SUM_PROMPT.
USSGL_TRANSACTION_CODE.
