Symptoms

Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Aging) - report is not showing correct data.
When any credit card transactions are attached to an expense report in 'INPROGRESS' status. It is not showing those pending credit card transactions in the againg report to supervisor.

When user delete the saved expense report, then Credit card transactions appear in the again report.

The aging report suppose to show all credit card transactions which are not submitted.
