Error Accessing Sales Order Form: "FRM-40735: PRE-RECORD Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-06502 (Doc ID 1477363.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When accessing the "Sales Orders" form, if the Operating Unit is a long name, the following error occurs:

"FRM-40735: PRE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502"

With other operating units the error doesn't happen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Choose Operating Unit = "XYZ ... " -- value is > 60 characters
2. Order Management Responsibility 
3. Go to Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
4. Error Occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot enter orders for this operating unit.
