SYNCHRONIZE SUPPLIER CONTACT DOES NOT UPDATE THE SOURCE_EMAIL COLUMN

On : 12.1.3 version, Dispatch Center
Added a phone number and e-mail address to a supplier contact in Payables. Then run Synchronize supplier contact program(with parameters Yes and now)
When navigating to Field service Dispatch Center (Resource Information window), only "phone" is showing here, but Email field is empty.
Field Service team confirmed that the data in dispatch center is coming from jtf_rs_all_resources_vl. Customer checked this view and the phone column is populated, but the email column is null.
