Transaction Batch Form Issue: Form Cannot be Used in Query Mode

Symptoms
When using the transaction batches form, you are unable to run a Query, use the flashlight icon, or invoke the Find window to query up existing batches.
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Batches
Form opens in data entry mode.
If you attempt to run a query using the following:
- View > Query by Example > Enter
- Click on the Flashlight (Find) icon on the toolbar
- View > Find
Instead of going into query mode or opening up the Find window so you can enter the criteria to find the batch you want, the form shows the Batch Summary screen in Data entry mode instead. You are unable to view existing Transaction batches.
