cXML PO Line Numbers Do Not Match With the OAG XML Message (Doc ID 1477930.1)

Goal

While transmitting PO's to supplier, the XML file shows PO line numbers which match the PO_LINES table, however when supplier receives the data on their end, the line numbers do not match.
