APP-OKE-248351: Oracle Project Contracts Is Unable To Display The Workflow Monitor

For some contracts only (other contracts do not have the issue), when pressing the monitor button in the administration tab for the workflow "OKE Contract Approval", there is the error :
APP-OKE-248351 : Oracle Project Contracts is unable to display the workflow monitor. Please try again later.
