Performance Issue: Poor Performance Running Staged Dunning For All Customers (Doc ID 1478376.1)

Symptoms

When staged dunning is run for many customers, with customized dunning templates, the process does not complete.

A tkprofed trace file of the process is very large, and shows, that a very high number of similar sql statements is parsed. These sqls seem to differ for the customer and site id only.
