Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Solicitation

When attempting to view a draft solicitation in Sourcing, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Acrobat could not open *.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: CLM Sourcing Super User > Sourcing > Sourcing Home Page
1. Choose draft solicitation
2. Click on 'Review' button
3. Under Actions: Choose 'View PDF'. Click Go
