iSupport Home Page Showing Unexpected Font (Doc ID 1478632.1)

Goal

Customer reports that iSupport Homepage shows incorrectly welcome message format with very large font. The source code shows the correct .class file (h1 class="x1e") but wrong font is showing. This also appears to work with some browsers and not others.
