Goal

Loading Requisitions from an external application using a SQL Loader program to the table po_requisitions_interface_all does not populate the CATALOG_TYPE when imported to po_requisition_lines_all table.

Replication Steps:

1. Load data into the requisition interface tables using SQL Loader.
2. Run Requisition Import to create the Requisitions.
3. Confirm the Requisition Import program is successfully completed.
4. The Requisition Headers and Lines are created but it is noted the catalog_type field is not populated.
