R12: Settlement Processed Is Not Setting Status to 'Settlement Processed'. (Doc ID 1478796.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Settlement-related Areas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Settlement processed is not working in R12

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Normally after the Settlement script is properly generated, the transaction gets the status of 'Settlement Processed'.

STEPS
-----------------------
GO to Setllement Screen in Treasury

Settle a Transaction
Click on Generate Report/Script

It should check Settlement proceseed button as enabled and nobody can do the settlement again once we hit the Generate Report/Script but in r12 its not getting checked.
