Symptoms

When attempting to create a personal task from Mobile Field Service Laptop Application, the following error occurs.

Error: Task Creation Failed. Error Code:-4


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MFS Laptop application.
2. Go to Create Personal Task screen.
3. Try to create personal task.
