Processing the sales order shipment (CISSOSHP) line of a replacement order, the following error occurs.
The Item is serial controlled. The Serial number &SERIAL_NUMBER entered is invalid or does not exist in Inventory tables or the "MFG_SERIAL_NUMBER_FLAG" in the Installed Base is "NULL" for Serialized Item Instances.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R)Order Management > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
1. Enter a new Order and Create a Return line
2. (M)Actions > Installation Details
4. Enter a valid SN# that is not in the current Org
