Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Quality Mobile Applications

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When receiving a PO in mobile, Quality button is not visible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter mobile session
2. Navigate PO receiving
3. Observe Inspect button is not visible

Manufacturing -> Flow/Work Order-Less -> Flow Txn -> Flow Completion.
